It appears the pattern coming into my realty lately is that of loss. Loss is something that no one wants to face and deal with, which is perhaps the reason it has chosen to come when releasing judgement is at the forefront of our evolution. Loss of loved ones is quite possibly the most challenging of them all and places us front and center with our own mortality and the fear of death.
Losing a loved one recently gave me the opportunity to reevaluate my level of acceptance with time and how much each of us has during this earth walk. What I found was I had the same knowing of time in this experience as I do the rest…it is irrelevant.
We are here to do one thing and that is to be. The purpose of our being is to expand to our chosen frequency. We do this journeying through the earth realm, at our own pace, making our own choices and experiencing this existence at our leisure. Each moment adding to the previous and the next, creating one huge collective moment.
Our life is a moment, made up of an unmeasured amount of microcosmic moments, each one expanding to its fullest potential before beginning again to create anew. Of course the basic foundation of our day would be a small reflection of the larger picture, reflecting as above, so below in pure perfection. Our life is simply one huge moment and our purpose is to expand that moment to its fullest capacity and then we are done.
How do we do this? Through frequency. We are the vibration and sound that defines space. Our first dimension created the space. Our second dimension created the vibration. This vibration then filled the space and created a response, which was sound. These sounds were the building blocks of reality that resulted in the physical third dimension. We are the physical manifestation of this process, each a unique response and frequency from the other.
If you have seen sound reverberated on salt, it creates intricate geometric patterns and the slightest shift changes the entire pattern. This is what we are. We are extremely complex vibrational patterns, combined with the three 3rd dimensional elements; fire, water and earth.
Like beating on a drum, the moment begins with each swing of the mallet and completes when the closing ring of the beat and then silence. This is our life. Our first heartbeat begins our moment and the last beat closes the loop. What’s between the beats is our story. We write every second of it through our emotions. Our frequency has been chosen with our first breath and it is our responsibility to reach the pinnacle of our chosen sound and then we are complete and ready to move on to our next creation. This life experience is just one beat in the symphony of our soul.
The important part for us is knowing we are in complete creation of how we reach that frequency. For example, if we want to experience the frequency of sadness, we can choose many experiences to get this done. The important part to the soul is the exact point on the spectrum that this frequency holds. If it’s the 100th degree of sadness, your soul will create the opportunity for that experience and your sub-conscious will fill it with it’s learned interpretation of what that level of sadness is. For some beings it could be seeing a puppy die. For others it could be losing a loved one or experiencing heartbreak with a lover. Another example would be the frequency of disempowerment. For some it would be being robbed at gunpoint, for others it would be going bankrupt or being raped. The frequency is not attached to how or why…our ego is responsible for that. The memories, experiences and influences will fill in the blanks with what it knows and what it has to create the story that lands just the right strength to attain the intended drumbeat.
Understanding the process, the purpose and our role in creating our story, empowers us to trust ourselves and relax into the moment. The goal is not 100 years of life but expanding each moment toward who you chose in your destiny to be. The bonus points come from consciously choosing the way we experience each expansion of our frequency and appreciating every moment without judgement.
